The GISS Wednesday Lunch Seminar Series is an informal gathering designed to bring GISS people together (over pizza for $1 a slice) to learn more about what each of us are doing. This should facilitate better communication within the institute and make it easier to consider working together on different projects. We currently meet every other Wednesday.
There are normally two talks, each 15 minutes in length, plus ample time for questions and announcements of general interest.

Presentation abstracts, related PDFs and PowerPoints (PPTs), and videos and audios of the talks will be posted here as they become available. We expect that the quality of the audio/video will improve as we move forward.
Note 1: PDF documents require the free Adobe Reader or compatible viewing software to be viewed. PowerPoint (PPT) files require Microsoft's PowerPoint or other compatible presentation software (e.g., Apple's KeyNote) to be viewed.
Note 2: The video files are best viewed using the Quicktime player, available for both Apple and Windows platforms. For Linux xine or mplayer (also available for Windows and Mac) is recommended.
